Aldwin Paige manufactures and packs cosmetics to the Cosmetic Toiletry & Fragrance Association of NZ (CTFA) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Standard which incorporates all the requirements under ISO 22716:2007

History
The origins of some principal Aldwin Paige Limited products date back to 1913 when Henry Owen, an enterprising pharmacist with a head for business, became agent for a wide range of New Zealand products.
In 1936 management of the pharmaceutical manufacturing and dispensing business was assumed by Owen's two sons, Wilfred and Barnard. In 1938 the manufacturing and wholesale side of the business, Wilfred Owen Limited, was born.
From the 1940’s through to the 1980’s Wilfred Owen Limited was agent for a number of high profile, internationally known products, while its name become synonymous with quality baby skin care products through its own Gelven brand. Generations of New Zealanders grew up as Gelven babies. By the early 1990’s however, the company was seeking someone to take over its operation.
John O’ Brien having established a successful group of manufacturing and distributing companies was looking for further expansion and recognised that some key Wilfrid Owen brands had potential for re-positioning and promoting in the market place. He took over their patents, trademarks and licences and in 1993, and Aldwin Paige Limited was formed.
