What size of manufacturing runs does Aldwin Paige handle?
Aldwin Paige will make scale up batches as small as 20kg and will fill containers as small as 5ml, and we are capable of manufacturing larger scale automated batches where unit costs are to be kept to a minimum. Normal minimum batch sizes are 100kg however 50kg batches are possible for high value formulations.

What about Research and Development?
The Aldwin Paige laboratory is staffed by an experienced and qualified team of development chemists including Bob Marshall (Consultant Chemist) who has a life times knowledge of formulation to bring successful products to market and Martin Carson (Chief Chemist) who was brought from one of the world's major chemical product manufacturers in 2004 and has kept Aldwin Paige in the forefront of product development. Adipa Bhogal (Development Chemist) is our cosmetics specialist. David Colsell (Development Chemist) is the latest addition to the R&D team. He brings many years experience formullating and manufacturing products.
The lab is equipped with up-to-date analysis apparatus including a gas chromatograph and UV Spectrophotometer. Our contract manufacturing facility is certified internationally recognised GMP standard and are able to manufacture both conventional and organic health & beauty products.
Can Aldwin Paige help with legislative requirements?
Yes. Many Aldwin Paige products require registration and approval from statutory bodies both in New Zealand and internationally. Aldwin Paige routinely ensures compliance with legislation and carries out the legal requirements to bring subject products to market.
